Clean Waterways Act Stormwater Rule

SOX Erosion Solutions has partnered with an industry leader in water quality restoration to develop a new technology in anticipation of the new Stormwater Rule .

  

The 2024 Florida statewide ratification bill, by the DEP and Water Management Services, was signed into law by Governor DeSantis on June 29, 2024. 

The Rule

Parties involved in new development, must adhere to updated regulations that mandate the reduction of phosphorus (P) and nitrogen (N) in stormwater runoff to prevent contamination of public waterways.
